We would like to hear your views on sport and physical activity in Brighton & Hove.

The City Council and NHS Brighton and Hove are working in partnership to develop a new sport and physical activity strategy for the city.

The following survey is aimed at finding out what is going well and also which areas need improving.

The information you provide in the survey will be used to shape the new strategy and affect the way sport and physical activity is delivered in our city.

Completing this short survey will take no more than 10 minutes.
