Leaseholder service survey
The council carries out a satisfaction survey of all its leaseholders every 2 / 3 years.
This is a key survey as from April 2010 we will begin our partnership with Mears to deliver much of our repairs and maintenance requirements. We will also be continuing the work to improve our services, including customer service, to an excellent standard with residents at the heart of everything we do.
It will be extremely helpful to compare the picture with leaseholders’ perceptions in March 2010 with March 2012 in order to guide service improvement over all housing areas.
