The Councils Environmental Health Service is required to produce an annual service plan for its Health and Safety team. The service plan details the work over the team over the year including its resourcing and outcomes. The aim of service plan is to make workplaces safer for workers, customers and visitors to the city. We are consulting on its contents to ensure that we are achieving the right balance between advice, education and enforcement.
