Employers Aware: Able To Work Survey

Welcome to the Employers Aware: Able To Work survey. This survey is aimed at recruiting Managers and Human Resource professionals working in the city of Brighton & Hove. 

The Supported Employment Team is working on a project called Employers Aware: Able To Work.  The project aims to give employers advice and support in making their recruitment practices open and accessible to people with learning disabilities. We are also developing a resource pack for employers, offering practical advice on adjusting employment practices so people with learning disabilities have the same employment opportunities as other people.

We are surveying employers before and after the Employers Aware: Able To Work project to monitor our success and get feedback from employers in the city.
