From 2012/13 the government is proposing that every social services department publishes a ‘local account’ each year. This should say what social services have been doing over the past year, how successful they have been and what they plan to do in the future.
If we are to develop a local account in future years that is of value to local people, which is relevant and through which people can question our performance it’s important that you give us your views.
